Niger Tornadoes forward Bashir Usman is optimistic about the team’s chances in the 2023-24 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
Usman gave the assurance in a chat with the club’s media team.

Niger Tornadoes will face Abia Warriors at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Saturday.
“I know we had it tough during our pre-season period,” he admitted.
“The shoddy preparation created an impression in the minds of many followers, but I believe the pre-season experience is going to be a blessing.
“It’s going to be a blessing in disguise as it gave an opportunity for the coaches to identify areas of weaknesses that require strengthening.
“I assure the fans that my experience playing in the NPFL over the years will go a long way to shape the team.”
