The Bauchi State Government has assured Wikki Tourists of continued support to enable the club to return to the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Mohammed Salis Gamawa, gave the assurance in an address to the players.
Salis said the government was impressed with the team’s impressive start to the 2023-24 Nigeria National League campaign. He urged the players to maintain a winning spirit to achieve their target for the season.

Wikki Tourists held Mighty Jets to a goalless draw in their matchday two fixture at the New Jos Stadium. The Bauchi Elephants will lock horns with El-Kanemi Warriors next in the league.
