He will be looking to knock Los Blancos out of the Champions League for the fourth occasion when his side take on Carlo Ancelotti’s side in Wednesday’s quarter-final second leg.

The first leg ended 3-3 at the Bernabeu.

“Always has been and always will be [big],” Guardiola said.

“It’s Real Madrid and in this competition, it is always a big game. It’s special for me. Of course it is.”

On Bellingham, he added: “It is not always easy to settle quick but from the beginning his impact was huge in terms of goals and many other things.”
